Artist Statement

My attempt is challenging vision.
When we look at something we enter a space and in return that space reconfigures our own internal orientation, and in this moment of disorientation, in this gap, I believe lays the possibility to address our world in a new way.

Recently found myself exploring and reinterpreting the art of the early 20th century: Kandinskji, Delaunay Picasso, and many other painters of the historic modern avant gard. They are part of my esthetic culture and upbringing and I feel compelled to go back to it and re-explore their language, in order to find my voice
