Artist Statement

it is in bringing a 3 dimensionality of the wood shapes to attention that creates a point of departure.contrary to this hyper-realization of place and moment, attention is then placed on painting out the paint in its entirerty, creating a disruption in the flow of natural consciousness.this manifests as the viewer envisions the vieled and the unveiled.the behavior of being absorbed in that flux produces a rehearsal to experience ones own universe in a dissociated manner,be it atomic tinyness or galactic gientness.
