Artist Statement
My work is concerned with the natural environment and how we interact with our landscape. I am in pursuit of nature, recording our conversations with the land, exploring nature's effect on us and our effect on nature. Interested in the stability of the land and the impermanence of our modern creations, I use the camera to explore this dichotomy and its limitations and expansions.
