Artist Statement

Through both drawing and performance, I make art like a scientist, striving to unravel perplexing scenarios through careful consideration, thoughtful manipulation, and happy accidents. I am interested in exploring the enigmatic web of human emotion, in all of its miraculous intricacies. While the project of existence is fraught with complexities, there is a silent, beautiful, and clear design in the making.

The Guestbook

mariquel says: Her art is peaceful and present, I loved it

conrad says: View it from 10 inches or 10 feet, you get the sense that it's alive. Captivating. You know it won't but you stare just in case it changes shape. And you wouldn't want to miss it.

Newton-Pottinger says: I found the way Eliza use lines in her artwork constantly looping interesting and the visual images they created.
