Artist Statement
Fran subverts computer programs typically used in business, as tools for making artwork-- exploring issues that arise from personal experience, such as under-employment, her ambivalence towards feminism, and romance. Her DIY approach has thusfar resulted in some humorous, and possibly offensive, Powerpoint presentations.

Fran received her MFA from Pratt Institute and has been shown in NYC and abroad.
