Artist Statement
My drawings are drawn in pen and ink with no rough drafts, no pencils and no starting over again. Each drawing is a live reaction to the moment.
I specialize in drawing actors, dancers and musicians during the intimate moments of rehearsal and performance. I also create animations and perform live drawings regularly at Joe's Pub and as a member of the indie band, Balthrop, Alabama.
I'm a member of Creamer Street studios, working alongside a great photographer, a print maker, sculptors, puppeteers and painters.
